Ilios is one of the rare Purebred Spanish Stallions in Eastern Canada to show in the higher levels of dressage. He has been showing in both National and International since 2005 being the only representative of his breed.
Our objectives is to bring forward the exceptional qualities of the Pure Spanish horse and bring it to the dressage world.
Ilios is a perfect example of a modern type Adalusian. He stands 15.3 hands with a compact comformation which allows him to excel in his collected movements; however it has also permitted him to obtain 9 out of 10 in his lengthening trot. He has proven incredible agility in his Tempi changes and canter Pirouettes. His Passage and Piaffe are of a lightness and flexibility second to none. His work ethic is simply awesome. He is generous, brilliant and he is always a pleasure to ride.

He is registered and approved for breeding with the Spanish Stud book CRI CABALLAR and with the IALHA the American Stud book. No matter what breed your mare is, the offspring will be recognized as a Spanish half-bred with IALHA and will also be eligible to be registered with the Iberian Sport Horse and Warmblood Registry.
